Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rights and obligations of LUXIP SA and its consumers through online sales of items offered by the website: www.jnslabs.com.

Any order of a product appearing in the online store site requires the consultation and the prior acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Offers terms

We reserve the right to adapt or modify at any time these Terms and Conditions. The items offered for sale on Shop are presented and detailed so that all consumers are able to know the essential characteristics of products they wish to buy.

The pictures which illustrate the description of the articles are given for information only and are not contractual. We reserve the right at any time to add / edit / delete any of the items in our catalog.

  1. Contract

The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order.

We confirm the acceptance of its order to the customer by sending an email to the email address he has communicated. The sale will be concluded only after the confirmation of the order. This confirmation will be considered as an invoice and contain the following information:

– The designation of the product

– The details of the order (type, price and quantity of items ordered, the total amount of the order including tax and the amount of shipping costs).

– The date of the order

– The invoice number

– The delivery address

– The identity of the client with contact information.

We reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to  payment of a previous order.

The information given by the buyer when placing an order is binding on the consumer: if they is an error in the recipient’s address details, we cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver the products.

All orders placed by individuals are intended for their personal use; Partial or total resale of the products is strictly forbidden

  1. Rates

Prices are all taxes included in euros and exclude shipping costs.

We reserve the right to revise these prices at any time but we undertake to apply the rates in effect at the time of the order, subject to the availability of the products ordered on this date

  1. Shipping costs

For any shipment, the amount of the shipping costs appears before any payment of the order. The goods are shipped by Mail, without insurance, and delivered in a relay point or directly to you, without signature, according to the option chosen by the buyer.

  1. Payment

The payment is due immediately on the date of order
You can proceed to the payment of your order by the following means:

  • Paypal / Stripe (bank cards)

The goods delivered will remain our property until all the obligations are fulfilled and in particular until the full payment of the price.

  1. Dispatch of the order – Deliveries – Complaints

Parcels are generally shipped within 72 hours, after receipt of payment and from the 1st working day following the order, within the limit of available stocks.

In case of unavailability in stock, we indicate the time needed to ship your order. If this period exceeds 15 days, the customer is entitled to cancel his order and to request a refund. The delivery time of 2 working days is given as an indication and does not constitute a commitment or a guarantee.

All our orders are packed in hermetically sealed packages, solid and leaving no indication of the contents.

A tracking number of the shipment will be communicated to the customer as soon as the parcel is taken over by the carrier.

The customer must check the condition of the package upon arrival before accepting it. If the package appears to be damaged or deteriorated enough to damage the product, the customer must notify the agent and refuse it. On this condition, we can deal with the incident in the best way possible.

In case the customer does not make this step and accept without reservation a parcel that has been damaged during its delivery, we cannot be responsible for its replacement or any compensation. This verification on arrival is very important for the customer, even if the probability of deterioration of this type remains extremely low.

Are considered as force majeure releasing the seller from its obligation to deliver, war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility for LUXIP SA to be supplied.

  1. Right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to assert your right to withdraw by sending us a mail. Then you have a new period of 14 days to return the goods. As stated in the Law, and for hygiene and health protection reasons, only the goods in their original condition (unopened cases and cellophane, unpacked unit products) and unused qualifies for withdrawal

We promise to refund you the entire amount of the good (s) concerned as soon as we received them. The expenses of reshipment remaining at your expense.
 

  1. Refund

In case of refund accepted by our customer service by phone or email, you recover the amount due within 15 days of registration and, according to your choice, by check, bank transfer (in this case, you will have previously transmitted your bank details).

  1. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of LUXIP SA until full payment of their price

  1. Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French Law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of orders will be examined with the greatest care and will be the subject of an immediate amicable proposal. If unresolved dispute between LUXIP and the customer, the Luxembourg commercial court only will be competent to settle the dispute.

All our orders are packed in hermetically sealed packages, solid and leaving no indication of the contents.

A tracking number of the shipment will be communicated to you as soon as the parcel is taken over by the carrier.

You must check the condition of the package upon arrival before accepting it. If the package appears to be deteriorated to damage the product, you must report it to the agent and refuse it. Only then we can deal with the incident in the best way possible.

In case you accept unreservedly a parcel which has been damaged during its delivery, we can under no circumstances be held responsible for its replacement or any compensation. This verification on arrival is very important, even if the probability of deterioration of this type remains extremely low.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.

Shipping costs are free from 500€ including taxes of purchase, for a delivery in mainland Luxembourg and France.
